Did Cameron cheat on her husband?

In House MD S1E7 "Fidelity", the script seems to be alluding to the fact that Cameron cheated on her husband:
She unprofessionally and IMHO immorally calls the cheated-on husband a terrible person
She's TOTALLY in the bag rooting for the cheating wife, comforting her and attacking the husband for leaving her and lecturing him about "love"
House calls her out that her reaction is not in line with the "official" story she gave him (that her husband died at 6 months from cancer).
All together, this seems to be hinting at the fact that Cameron has cheated on her dying husband.
